Title: Sales Manager – North Shore Territory

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Plus bonus

We're seeking a Sales Manager to own and aggressively grow our territory covering the North Shore of Massachusetts and a portion of New Hampshire. Ideal candidates are already based on the North Shore.

The Role

  • Focus on relationship-driven sales in stores, bars, and restaurants
  • Work closely with distribution partners to expand presence and drive volume
  • Replace a high-performing sales manager (leaving the industry)
  • Step into a strong, established territory with significant growth potential
  • Compensation: Highly leveraged plan with strong base + substantial commission
  • Listed salary assumes commission at plan
  • Significant upside via additional commission & bonuses for overachievement

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a large geographic territory
  • Conduct 55–65 account calls per week
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with:
  • Bar owners & managers
  • Store owners & managers
  • Present our beers compellingly and authentically
  • Help accounts sell more of our products through insights and support
  • Plan and execute tastings, tap takeovers, and promotional events
  • Collaborate as a trusted partner with distribution sales teams
  • Track territory performance and strategy using MS Excel

Required Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Deep passion for craft beer and ability to articulate it enthusiastically
  • Proven sales orientation and competitive drive
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume fieldwork (40+ hours/week)
  • Flexibility for some evenings and weekends
  • Reliable personal vehicle available daily
  • Dependable, reliable, and honest character
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
