Outside Sales Representative – Residential Location: St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our luxury wallcovering team in St. Louis. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand to the local design community, building relationships with interior designers and architects while driving residential sales through exceptional service and inspiring presentations.

What You'll Be Doing

Cultivating Relationships & Inspiring Design

  • Build and grow meaningful relationships with designers and architects across the St. Louis territory.
  • Deliver elevated product presentations showcasing our curated collections of texture, pattern, and design.
  • Educate clients on the artistry and innovation behind our materials.
  • Maintain beautiful sample libraries and tools.
  • Provide timely and professional follow-up on inquiries, samples, quotes, and orders.

Discovering New Opportunities

  • Exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and authentic engagement.
  • Prospect and develop new business relationships.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Use social media professionally to enhance brand presence and connections.

Elevating Client Service

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular territory updates.
  • Partner closely with internal support teams on order pipeline and client needs.
  • Send thoughtful client communications and handwritten notes.
  • Collaborate weekly with your sales support partner.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Based in the St. Louis, MO area with strong knowledge of the local design community.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and company events.
  • Comfortable working from a home office with reliable transportation and space for samples.
  • Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Social media savvy with a professional online presence.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
