Role: Inside Sales Rep.

This group specializes in manufacturing high-quality lightweight steel framing (LSF) systems and products. Their extensive product line includes steel studs, joists, tracks, metal drywall trims, specialty clips, wires, and metal lath products for the gypsum specialty dealer market. With a strong foundation in engineering and innovative vision, The group is fully integrated in the design and fabrication of roll-forming equipment and LSF systems. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bethlehem, PA, for an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining customer relationships, generating and following up on leads, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with account management, providing exceptional customer support, and promoting the product offerings to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in fostering Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service.
  • Experience in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
  • Basic understanding of light steel framing systems and products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
