Title: Inside Sales/ Customer Service

Location: Lorton, VA

Salary: $50,000-$53,000 DOE (plus quarterly incentives)

Schedule: M-F

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lorton, VA. Youll play a key role in driving inside sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience- specializing in a commercial based market- mainly fiberglass insulation and FRP paneling.

What Youll Do

• Grow profitable sales within assigned markets and accounts.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with new customers and projects.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing, and follow up consistently to close opportunities.
• Develop deep product knowledge in categories like insulation, FRP paneling, and fluid sealing.
• Partner with branch leaders and managers to align your efforts with performance goals and growth targets.
• Deliver consistent, proactive customer service — owning the process from first contact through order fulfillment.
• Meet with customers and work alongside your team to build lasting, profitable relationships.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and assist with inventory management when needed.
• Support day-to-day branch operations with a can-do attitude and a focus on teamwork.

What You Bring

• Proven success in inside sales, operations, or customer-focused roles — preferably in industrial distribution or B2B sales.
• A track record of lead generation, follow‑through, and consistent performance.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills- you know how to listen, not just talk.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A team-oriented mindset -willing to help others, share knowledge, and celebrate wins together.
• Experience with industrial materials or technical products (insulation, FRP, heat trace, etc.) is a plus- but a passion for learning goes just as far.
