Job Description:
Location: Wisconsin & Minnesota (50 miles from Little Canada, MN preferred)
Pay: $30k base+ 10% commission off bookings (flexible on higher base/ lower commission, lower base/ higher commission). OTE $100K-200K/ year

The Opportunity
Were growing and looking for a Sales Representative whos hungry to win, humble in teamwork, and driven to serve.
In this role, youll help homeowners and property managers protect what matters most- their homes and businesses. Youll prospect, inspect, and guide customers through high-value exterior projects backed by a licensed, insured, and customer-first contractor you can sell with confidence.
What Youll Do
- Build new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and local canvassing.
- Conduct on-site inspections, assess exterior damage, and create repair or replacement solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, earning trust and closing deals with integrity.
- Keep your CRM pipeline up to date- track your progress, forecast results, and manage follow-ups like a professional.
- Partner with production and service teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
