Location: Connecticut (central area preferred)
Pay: 100% commission based role. $120-150K OTE 1st year
Are you a mechanically savvy hustler who thrives on building relationships, solving real shop problems, and earning what you're worth? We are looking for a hungry, humble independent sales rep to own the Connecticut territory and grow with our premium brake rotor refinishing equipment — the "Cadillac" of the industry that saves shops time and money by fixing rotors instead of replacing them.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the trenches with shop owners, service managers, and technicians, delivering results that keep customers coming back.
What You'll Do
- Sell high-ticket equipment ($12K–$25K units) through hands-on demos — you'll carry our 150 lb lathe, show the magic, and close the deal.
- Service 500+ existing customers: Quick lathe checks, parts sales, billing, and building loyalty.
- Hunt new business: Cold call, visit shops, and turn "rotors are disposable" skeptics into raving fans.
- Maximize every trip: Stack 5+ visits per outing to introduce yourself and uncover opportunities.
