Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 base plus commission (OTE $120,000 - $150,000)

Location: Orem, UT (Onsite)

You'll design campaigns that drive real revenue while introducing more people to better food. Success here is simple: the stronger the partnerships you build, the bigger the impact (and the rewards).

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Uncapped commissions on a generous, rolling scale
  • Partnership revenue split:
  • 30% to the partner (because great partnerships are truly mutual)
  • 10% of commissionable net revenue (from first-time orders driven by your partnerships) paid directly to you
  • Proven performers are expected to hit $10,000–$15,000+ per month in total earnings within the first year
  • As your partnerships scale, earnings will scale. No ceiling, just upside

Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out and secure strategic partnerships with brands and businesses that align with our mission
  • Co-create exciting cross-promotional and co-branded campaigns that drive mutual growth
  • Negotiate fair, revenue-focused agreements that set everyone up to win
  • Own the full partnership journey: from first outreach to launch, optimization, and ongoing expansion
  • Partner closely with our internal team to deliver seamless experiences for our collaborators
  • Track results and refine strategies using CRM tools
  • Build a thriving pipeline of repeatable, scalable partnerships

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven track record in performance-based or commission-driven roles
  • History of hitting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience closing deals where your pay was tied directly to results
  • Strong negotiation skills and ease connecting with founders, owners, and decision-makers
  • Self-starter mentality with the discipline to own a complete partnership cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Background in strategic partnerships, business development, or revenue-share models
  • Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
